the good, the bad, and the ugly

asleep at mal 9/09
the good:

zooom is doing well, we had a talk the other night about some stuff that's been going on, and i'm feeling better about things, and work on the house is progressing slowly but steadily

i got a good nights' sleep last night for the first time in a week, and i feel well rested today

and today is thursday, so i get to go to alchemy_dc to dance away my cares... 2501 sent out e-mail saying that steve archer would be spinning this week on the deck and nesca is in the club side in addition to the regular djs - hopefully the music will be good

the bad:

the damn weather hasn't stabilized, so my arthritis is still in flames - right now i'm numb from my right hip to mid-calf from the swelling in the joint and very unhappy about it

the ugly:

traffic was astonishingly ugly this morning - i hate md/dc drivers - for absolutely no visible reason it took me about an hour and a half to get to work today, yet there were no accidents or construction anywhere on the route... why can't people learn to fucking drive?!

Wow, all three are definitely solid examples...

Glad to hear stuff is good with the hubby and sleep, and hopefully you'll be able to have such a good time tonight that you can forget a little about how much you hurt. And the traffic is idiotic, but at least it's not LA traffic ;)

I feel your pain. I suffer from Athritis too. However, I think Tylenol Athritis helps me out. Perhaps you should take that too?

Looking forward to seeing you out.;)

6/17/04 16:20 (UTC) - Tylenol...
unfortunatly....there is 1 major problem with that product....Acetomeniphin(spelling?) which she is allergic to....so alot of pain relievers are not able to be used because of her medical allergies.....lifes a bitch I tell ya!

cool - good to know that steve will be on the patio.

definite reason for going, if the rain stays away.
6/18/04 8:40 (UTC) - Hm...
Valerian might help. All natural muscle relaxant, no acetominphen.
