new company

had our 1st real meeting w/ the new company... some changes good, some bad... pay rate stays the same, but i now get 10% shift differential; no raises til january 2003, but i am still eligible for promotion which will generate a pay raise before then... education program rocks, health care plan is expensive but fairly good, no match on 401k, but great employee stock purchase plan and stock options... need to read our huge packets of paperwork and figure out what i want to sign up for
