How did you choose your LiveJournal username? Is there an interesting story behind it?

My LJ username is the same as my first real email address many many years ago. A Lumiere. Chosen for several reasons:
* I was a film major in college, and the Lumiere Brothers were famous early filmmakers.
* I made art with light - photography, film, theatre & dance - and A Lumiere means with light in French. I liked the idea of being with light online.
* I also played the piano, and there was a system keying colored light to notes called a clavier à lumières.
* My beloved car, a 1970 Kharman Ghia Convertible was named Lumiere, and I had personalized plates that said so. I am still angry at the idiot who turned left into her and totaled her.
