State of Alumiere
Doctor hippie has sort-of listened to me; I'm now on a much too low dose of the right thyroid medication, but at least I'm not getting sick from the synthetics. Small favors. And I have phone calls in to other doctors who may be better able to help with the Hashimoto's and other problems, so we'll see.
I'm still struggling with the cold I caught last week, but given that I'm a day or two behind T, and he's getting better I should be too. It doesn't hurt as much to breathe today as it did yesterday, but I'm still coughing, achy, and sleeping too much. I haven't been awake for more than about 10 hours in any given day since last Saturday. Stupid busted immune system.
Other than that, I'm my usual cranky, aggro self. Pain is, but I'm coping as well as I can. Would like the swelling and increased pain Armor and Nature-Thryoid brought to go away now, but I have little hope for that until I get on a much higher dose of T3 (Hashimoto's can cause inflammation and increased pain when it's not under control). My Geek is Showing & Stuff I'm Excited About
