damn... these telco conversions are getting utterly ridiculous... the site techs are so totally clueless that they think that they think that router problems can be fixed by randomly disconnecting lines at the telco room and plugging them back in... refuse to troubleshoot even when router itself is issue, want the line put back the old way and it still doesn't work because the issue is the router is not connected properly or is getting an alarm... damn it, this is ridiculous
